Puppy Application

Thank you for your interest in purchasing a puppy from Dancing Daisies Bernedoodles. Please fill out this application if you are interested in bringing one of our puppies home.

After your application has been approved, we will request that you submit a $500.00 non-refundable reservation fee (deposit). This will secure your spot on our waiting list. Total purchase price for a puppy is $3,700. Your deposit will be applied to the total purchase price of your puppy. Applications are considered on a first come basis.
