Puppy Application

Thank you for your interest in purchasing a puppy from Dancing Daisies Bernedoodles.

After your application has been approved, we will request that you submit a $500.00 deposit. This will secure your spot on either our male or female waiting lists (based on what gender you're hoping for). Your deposit will be applied to the total purchase price of your puppy. 

Please read before filling out the application:

• The $500 deposit is nonrefundable. You may pass on a litter without losing your waitlist position. Deposits expire after 1 year if unused.
• The timing of litters is uncontrolled, as is the success of a pregnancy. DDB is not able to control the timing of heat cycles or guarantee specific litter dates. 
• Applications are considered on a first come basis. 
• The deposit places you on the list to choose one puppy. If you wish to reserve two puppies, two separate deposits are required.  
• The non-refundable deposit cannot be transferred to a friend or family member. 
• Deposits are accepted via Venmo only. If you choose to enable "Turn on for Purchases" within Venmo, a 3% processing fee will be charged back to you in addition to the deposit amount. 
• By submitting your application, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to each of the items listed above.
