Puppy Application

Thank you for your interest in purchasing a puppy from Dancing Daisies Bernedoodles. Please fill out this application if you are interested in bringing one of our puppies home.

After your application has been approved, we will request that you submit a $500.00 deposit. This will secure your spot on either our male or female waiting lists (based on what gender you're hoping for). Your deposit will be applied to the total purchase price of your puppy. Applications are considered on a first come basis. 

 We understand that bringing home a new puppy is a big commitment, and we want you to feel completely confident in your decision. That’s why your deposit is fully refundable until the puppies are 4 weeks old. This gives you time to be sure the timing is right and that everything feels perfect. If you decide to wait or switch to a different litter, we’re happy to refund your deposit or transfer it to another upcoming litter of your choice. We want what's best for the puppy and your family.
